Chipper
A chipper workout is a great way to mix low impact strength training and cardio. Usually performed at a higher intensity, this workout will push your endurance system each week.

Strength
A slower moving class but just as intense. We strip away all the fancy stuff and concentrate on the important compound lifts. Each week varying on a set focus and a workout designed around improving on that lift through supplementary work, sets and reps.
We feature two great strength classes each week that work opposing muscles groups but compliment each other.

Engine
This class is designed and programmed just as the name implies. To build your engine’s capacity. Similar to a Chipper class you will perform less intense movements, be taken through high rep ranges and learning how to set and hold a constant pace through the workout.
This is for the cardio lovers out there!

Teams Day
Our most popular class and what our gym prides itself on. Our members coming together, working as a team and having FUN! Each week you will be put into teams, who will complete the workout together. Each member working for their mates, helping and pushing them to get the most out of the workout.
As well as a sneaky competition in there from time to time.

Intervals (IWT)
IWT or Interval Weight Training is a format of training consisting of a combination of intense aerobic work, paired with varying heavier compound or athletic lifts.
You will enjoy your programmed rest periods in this class!

Friday Night Lights
A slower moving class. We focus on a varying technique or skill each week. A great class for testing or improving on your favourite lift or movement.
You may even find yourself sipping a cold beverage after!

Super Saturday
Kickstart you're weekend the right way, good times, good people and a great atmosphere. Always a popular class so make sure you book your spot early.
We have a coffee machine onsite, it usually gets a workout after this class!

Free Gym Time
When our classes aren’t in operation we like to offer up the gym floor to our members. Make yourself at home with access to our extensive library of workouts and programs.
You often find the coaches training at these times so a great chance to join in.
