The COVID pandemic had her questioning her career choice, as did the arrival of her daughter in September 2022.

REVFIT was the first gym she attended when moving here and she hasn't looked elsewhere since. The friendly and welcoming environment is what has kept her here as well as providing her the confidence to pursue a new career as a personal trainer.

She has a specific interest in women's health and pre and post-natal training. She believes it is an area in health which holds huge importance for educating women in returning safe to exercise, but also general safety in exercising for women at all stages of their life.

  • Amanda Sherrin

    COACH / CLIENT MANAGER

It was at this time with encouragement from Adam that she decided to pursue her fitness journey and leave retail behind.

Amandas fitness journey led her into the Disability sector where she is fortunate enough to be a support worker. Amandas clients show her how to embrace each new day and love life to its fullest. As a trainer she would love to bring the world of fun and fitness together with the disability sector so that all can enjoy being fit and healthy while having a good time.

Amanda would like to help people who may be going through their own surgeries, life changes, rehabs etc. Having been through something similar she will be able to understand how they may be feeling, which will better help my clients to achieve what they may deem impossible.
